Refund Policy
Here at Lush Creations PC, we have a 30-day return policy on all regular priced items after aproving request to return. This DOES NOT apply to customized orders.
To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us at LushCreations.PC@gmail.com.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and the receipt of purchase.
- Once your return is accepted, you will be notified immediately to continue the return process.
- Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.
- Your return will refunded between 3 to 7 business days upon arrival of item.
